3. Pickup & Delivery

Estimated pickup and delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to demand or other factors. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. Delivery availability and minimum order values may apply depending on your location.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order has been accepted and preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve it to your satisfaction, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Our kitchen handles a range of ingredients including common allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and seafood. While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies should notify staff before ordering.

6. Reservations

Reservation requests submitted through our website are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive acknowledgement from us. Tables are held for 15 minutes from the booking time.
